Our Mission Statement-
The Newton Figure Skating Club executive is committed to providing the membership with a professional environment that will support our childrens' dreams. This can only be accomplished through an honest, co-operative, positive relationship between executive, coaches and parents. The example we set will be emulated by our children.
Our skating club offers lessons and training in the following ice skating areas:
- Group Learn To Skate for Pre-School, School Age and Teens
- Recreational and Competitive Private Lessons (STARSkate/Competitive)
- Synchro Skating
- Ice Dancing
- Adults
General Registration Information
- Skaters must be registered and Insured with Skate Canada.
- September registration fee is $33. This is non-refundable.
Payment to the Newton Figure Skating Club may be made as follows:
For private/test skaters:
50% at the time of Registration
25% dated October 31, 2008
25% dated November 30, 2008
A post-dated cheque for the music-playing commitment will also be required at registration
NOTE: A post-dated cheque of $35 for the music-playing commitment will also be required at registration
For CanSkate:
Four payments of $40 each
First installment is due at registration, the next three must be dated October 1, 2008, November 1, 2008, December 1, 2008
Please note that registration fees are in addition to the above and are due in full with the first installment.

Please make cheques payable to Newton Figure Skating Club.
There is a $ 25 fee for any N.S.F. cheque.
Skaters who register with the Newton Figure Skating Club but do not purchase a session will be subject to an additional administrative fee of $25. If paying by cash, the full amount for the season is due at registration.
Late registration fee after January 1: $25
